This form sends your message to a server. It has to — that is what a message is. It goes to our database at Supabase, a third party, where only we can read it, and it is the only thing on Pixora that leaves your device. Your images still never do: every tool here runs in your browser, and you can watch the Network tab to prove it. If you would rather not use a form at all, email works just as well.

The form above and this address arrive in the same place. Email is the one that needs nothing of ours to be working, so it is here permanently — if a message ever fails to send, write to us directly and you can see exactly where it goes.

What to write about

A file will not open, or a tool is broken

Tell us the tool, the browser, and the format. If a specific image fails, say what produced it — a particular phone, camera or export setting is usually the culprit. Because we never see your files, a bug we cannot reproduce is a bug we cannot fix, so detail genuinely helps.

Before you write

Two questions come up often enough to answer here. Yes, your images really are never uploaded — open your browser’s developer tools, watch the Network tab, and compress something; you will see no request carrying the file. And no, we cannot recover a file you overwrote, because we never had a copy of it.
